Biography

Gazi Islam is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Ibmec, São Paulo, where he teaches courses in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour, Negotiations, and International Management. He completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour at Tulane University, where his research focused on organizational identity, voice and power relations. His current research interests include the organizational antecedents and consequences of identity, and the relations between identity, group dynamics and the production of group and organizational cultures.
