Biography

Jonathan H. Klein is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Management, University of Southampton. His research interests span a variety of topics in Knowledge Management, Information Systems and Management Science, including Organisational Memory, Communities of Practice, Problem Structuring Approaches, Health Care Management and Risk Management. He is the Director of the School's MSc Programme in Information Systems.
