Biography

Matt O'Leary has worked in English Language Teaching as a teacher and teacher educator for almost 15 years. He is currently employed as a Senior Lecturer in Post Compulsory Education (ESOL specialism) at the University of Wolverhampton, and is the award coordinator for the Certificate in Education. He is also working on his PhD in Education at the University of Warwick, where his main research focus centres upon the use and impact of classroom observation in the FE sector, as well as exploring alternative models of observation and assessing their impact.
