This page contains an archive of courses I have taught at one point or another. Some of
these pages still attract interest, but most are not actively maintained. Most of the material
on these pages is freely available. If you wish to use any of the material on these pages in

        Systems and Strategy (MBA level)
This course was taught to MBA students at Euromed Management in 2008/2009 and 2009/2010.
The objective of the course was to give provide a better conceptual understanding of the

could be applied to any situation where the two needed to be aligned. A set of ' Taster Slides' for this course available from SlideShare.

This course was taught in various forms to students on both undergraduate and
postgraduate degree courses in the University of York between 1994 and 2006. The web pages
that appear here are the last version of the web site for this course. It was first created
in 2002 and was aimed primarily at undergraduate management students; it maintained until
        approximately 2005.

        Computers In Society
        (undergraduate level)
This was the very first on-line course I produced back in the days when the only web
browser available was NCSA's mosaic. It was taught as an undergraduate option to students
in the University of York between 1995 and 1999. These pages are now really an archive of
the topics that were of interest in the last century, having said that, a surprising number
of the links are still active and may be of interest to some.

        Human
        Interface 2 (postgraduate level)
This course was taught between 1999 and 2003 as part of the MSc in Information
Processing degree at the University of York. The first version of the course (see the
        HI2 Archive page) was
focused on computer supported co-operative work in the context of modern business
organizations. Later versions focused on the role of technology in supporting distributed
collaborative work. The web site here was created in 2000 and maintained until
        approximately 2002.

        Systems
        Design Methodologies (undergraduate level)
This module was taught between 2005 and 2008 as a final year option for Computer Science
students. The web site here was created in 2004 and maintained until 2008.
NOTE - the original site contained several features which were only
available to York students (such as a library of articles) and consequently do not feature
in this version of the site.
